1. Overview of Services

Zeeo provides a non-custodial software application that enables users to access and interact with financial and digital asset services provided by third-party providers.

Zeeo does not provide financial, banking, payment, or custodial services.

Zeeo acts solely as a technology interface layer.

2. Non-Custodial Nature

Zeeo does not:

• hold or custody funds or digital assets
• control user wallets or private keys
• execute, settle, or guarantee transactions

All transactions are conducted directly between you and third-party providers.

You are solely responsible for your assets, wallets, and credentials.

3. Third-Party Providers

Zeeo integrates with independent third-party providers to enable functionality.

3.1 Wallet Infrastructure

Zeeo uses Privy to provide authentication and wallet infrastructure.

Your wallet is non-custodial, and you retain control over your credentials.

3.2 Funding and Withdrawals

Zeeo integrates with Coinbase to enable users to:

• add funds
• withdraw funds

These services are provided entirely by Coinbase and governed by their terms and policies.

Zeeo does not process or control these transactions.

3.3 Third-Party Terms

Use of third-party services may require you to accept their terms and complete identity verification.

Zeeo is not responsible for the services, actions, or decisions of third-party providers.

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Zeeo.

You may not use Zeeo if:

• you are located in a sanctioned or restricted jurisdiction
• you are subject to applicable sanctions laws

5. User Accounts

To use Zeeo, you must create an account.

Your account:

• provides access to the App
• does not constitute a bank account, wallet, or financial account

You are responsible for:

• maintaining accurate information
• securing your credentials
• all activity associated with your account

6. Compliance and Verification

Certain features may require identity verification (KYC) performed by third-party providers.

You agree to comply with all applicable laws, including anti-money laundering and sanctions regulations.

7. Fees

Zeeo may charge fees for certain features.

• Fees will be disclosed before use
• Third-party providers may charge separate fees

All fees are generally non-refundable unless stated otherwise.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Zeeo for:

• illegal or fraudulent activities
• sanctions violations
• misuse of the App or third-party services
• interfering with system integrity or security

We may suspend or terminate your account for violations.

9. Risk Disclosure

Use of digital assets and third-party financial services involves risk.

These risks include:

• loss of funds
• transaction failure or delay
• third-party service outages
• loss of access to your wallet

Zeeo does not guarantee:

• transaction success
• asset value
• availability of third-party services

10. Limitation of Liability

Zeeo provides the App "as is" and "as available".

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Zeeo is not liable for losses related to third-party services
• Zeeo is not liable for loss of digital assets
• Zeeo is not liable for failed or delayed transactions

Zeeo's total liability is limited to the greater of:

• $100, or
• the amount of fees paid to Zeeo in the past 12 months

Zeeo is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

11. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to Zeeo if:

• required by law
• we suspect fraud or misuse
• you violate these Terms

We may restrict access without prior notice where necessary.

12. Privacy

Your use of Zeeo is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

We will notify you of material changes.

Continued use of Zeeo after changes constitutes acceptance.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States.
