Can I receive money from Cash App, Venmo or PayPal?

Yes. The person paying you doesn't need a Zeeo account.

In Zeeo, tap Receive and choose Cash App, Venmo or PayPal.
Show them the QR code, or share the address.
They follow the steps shown for their app:
- Cash App: enter the amount in dollars, tap Pay and scan the code.
- Venmo or PayPal: open Crypto, choose PYUSD, tap Send and scan the code. The normal payment scanner won't work.

The money usually reaches your Zeeo balance within 30 minutes. Venmo and PayPal crypto transfers aren't available to every account, which depends on where the sender lives.

Can other people send money to my account details?Your USD account details can receive up to $4,000 per transaction from an individual person. Your EUR IBAN only accepts transfers from accounts in your own name. The limits depend on the payment source and currency:
Why was my deposit refunded?A deposit may be returned if it came from a source that isn't supported for that account or currency, or if it didn't pass our partner's checks. For example, third-party payments to EUR account details aren't supported. USD account details can receive up to $4,000 per transaction from an individual. Where do I find my account details?On the Home screen, open your USD or EUR account and tap Account Details. They appear once your identity is verified.
How do I receive US dollars?Copy your USD account details. From a US bank account in your name, send an ACH transfer or a domestic wire to those details. The money appears in your USD balance once it arrives.
How do I receive euros?Copy your EUR account details (IBAN and BIC). From a bank account in your name, send a SEPA transfer to your IBAN. The money appears in your EUR balance once it arrives.
My deposit hasn't arrivedFirst, check the usual times: SEPA Instant takes about five minutes, ACH the same or next business day, standard SEPA up to three business days and wires about two hours on business days. Weekends and bank holidays add time.
